What we learned from 1,962 investor emails
Founders who emailed 25 investors or fewer got a reply 9.3% of the time. Founders who sent more than 100 got 1.2%.
Reply rate by emails sent per founder
Smaller, better-fit lists are associated with more replies, not proven to cause them: founders with stronger companies may also send fewer. The address matters too. Verified ones replied about 1.6x as often as catch-all (2.7% against 1.7%).

Is it free?
Yes, to start. Scoring your deck is free and needs no account. Your ranked investor list needs a free account, no card. Contact details and a drafted first email are free for your first 3 investors. After that, plans start at $297 one-time.
What happens to my deck?
It is scored through Anthropic's API, which does not train on it, and stored encrypted. We never share it with investors or anyone else; an investor only sees it if you send it yourself. Email team@vcboom.com and we delete it, and everything derived from it, within 48 hours.
Where does the investor data come from?
Public sources: firm websites, published portfolios, partner pages and investor directories, compiled and checked by VC Boom. The base holds 47,845 investors across 58 countries, and 20,751 have an email address that passed our last verification run. Portfolio data can lag, so look at a firm's latest deals before you write.
Why 25?
Because that is where the replies were in our data. Founders who sent 25 emails or fewer got a 9.3% reply rate; past 100 it fell to 1.2%. That is an association, not a law: founders with stronger companies may also send fewer. But 25 is a list small enough that every email can be written for one person.
