Damgaard Company A/S was a Danish software company founded in 1983, best known for developing enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions such as Concorde XAL and Axapta. The company gained a strong reputation in the Nordic region and internationally for its innovative business software tailored to medium and large enterprises. In 2000, Damgaard merged with Navision Software to form NavisionDamgaard, which was later acquired by Microsoft in 2002.
